Mark Grossman, CEO

Mark brings 30+ years of senior leadership of hospital-based physician group experience to our anesthesia clients. He has a background in Accounting, Finance and Operations which has allowed him to develop Management Service Organizations (MSO) for multiple hospital-based physician groups and has provided the necessary framework for multiple organizations to thrive. Mark’s experience in revenue cycle and managed care contracting along with overall MSO leadership make him a reliable and trusted advisor who always goes the extra mile for clients to get them the answers they need and get the job done. The leadership team that has been assembled at Seven Hills Practice Management has the skills, maturity and experience to deliver quality services with responsiveness that clients can count on.

Valerie Hoadley, Controller

Valerie brings 25+ years’ experience in accounting and organizational management, 15 of those years specifically within the healthcare industry. She holds a current Certified Public Accountant license, enabling her to model best practices in financial statement preparation and analysis, cash management, payroll, 401K administration, as well as facilitating and streamlining your day-to-day accounting operations which allows your employees to focus on your customers. Whether you need a team to administer your organization’s daily accounting tasks or a team to help analyze your financial operation to take it to the next level, our team is at your service ready to deliver results to make your organization thrive.

Tyler Davis, HR Manager

Tyler brings 15+ years’ experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development to our clients along with both major HR accreditations – Professional of Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). He works as a trusted advisor with our clients in all facets of Human Resources including Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Benefits Administration, Corporate Communications, Onboarding & Retention Strategies, Leave Administration, and much more. Sally Rintoul

Sally Rintoul, Account Manager

Sally has spent over 25 years in anesthesia practice management, both academic and private practices. While currently a non-practicing CPA, Sally has an MBA from University of Cincinnati and has extensive experience in all anesthesia business roles, including sales and client management for new clients while working for a national billing firm. She is adept at governance, compliance and contracting as well for anesthesia practices. From the first introduction through the transition to satisfied client, Sally serves as our liaison to ensure the process is efficient and streamlined within an agreed upon schedule
Ali Napier

Alie Napier-Stout, Compliance Director

Alie has been a licensed attorney since 2010 with a concentration in healthcare law over the latter 5 + years of her career. She is a certified Professional Compliance Officer by the American Academy of Professional Coders. She has extensive experience in managing and implementing organizational compliance programs, auditing and monitoring billing compliance, and drafting organizational policies and procedures. She studies current trends and changes in healthcare law and is very proficient in relevant healthcare laws including HIPAA, False Claims Act, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the No Surprises Act. She has worked with our clients on developing and implementing successful and commendable compliance programs that include cultivating policies, providing employee trainings, and routine auditing and monitoring. In today’s legal healthcare landscape, compliance is a key component to an organization’s success and Seven Hills Practice Management has the proven tools to secure that successful organizational compliance program.
